Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number (optional), project details, deadlines, and any files you upload through the quote form or client portal (plans, models, photos, references).
- Client portal account: your login details and the messages, files, and feedback you share there.
- Payments: payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We don’t store your full card details.
- Automatic information: like most websites, our server may record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use cookies needed for the site and client portal to work.

Your project files
Files you send are used only to complete your project. Finished renders may be shown in our portfolio as described in your project agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and project records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@trurender.com.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
