PRICING GUIDE

The short answer

At TruRender, a photorealistic interior or exterior rendering costs $499 per view (Standard) or $899 per view (Premium) when you provide a 3D model. A 4-view package across 2 areas costs $1,499 or $2,499. Most projects are delivered in 5–8 business days. Product renderings are quoted per project.

The final price depends mainly on what files you send, how many views you need, the project size, and the level of finish. This guide explains each one, so you can plan your budget before you ask for a quote.

WHAT YOU GET

What's included in the price

Every interior and exterior rendering includes:

  • A photorealistic image built from your own plans and finish selections
  • Delivery in 4K resolution as JPG or PNG, ready for print, web, listings and presentations
  • Your included revision rounds (1 for Standard, 2 for Premium)
  • A secure client portal to share files, follow progress and pay online
  • The right to use the final images for marketing, listings, presentations and approvals once the project is paid in full

You also get a detailed quote within 1 business day, so you know the exact price before any work starts.

PRICE FACTORS

What changes the price

Five things move the price of a rendering more than anything else.

FactorHow it affects your price
Files you provideA ready 3D model (Revit, SketchUp or similar) keeps you at the listed price. With only 2D CAD or PDF plans, building the 3D model is added to your quote.
Number of viewsEach view is a separate image. A 4-view package costs less than four single views.
Project size and typeListed prices cover homes up to 1,800 sq ft. Larger homes and commercial projects take more modeling, so they are quoted separately.
Level of finishPremium adds premium materials and models, advanced lighting, richer staging and a more cinematic look.
Add-onsAnimation and walkthroughs, virtual staging, 360° panoramas and tours, 3D floor plans, and aerial or site views are quoted per project.

Changes after your included revisions are quoted before work starts, so there are no surprises. Design changes that need part of the model rebuilt, like moving walls or changing a layout, are quoted separately.

SAVE MONEY

How to save money on renderings

  1. Send a 3D model if you have one. It keeps you at the listed price and is the fastest way to start.
  2. Choose a package instead of single views. Four views across two areas cost $1,499 instead of $1,996 as single Standard views.
  3. Send everything at the start. Finish selections, reference photos and supplier links up front mean fewer changes later.
  4. Group your feedback. One round of revisions is everything you send at once, so collect all your notes on a draft into one list.
  5. Finalize the design first. Changing the layout after modeling costs more than changing a color or a material.
  6. Pick the right level. Standard suits design reviews and approvals. Premium is worth it for marketing and high-end presentations.

COMPARE

Standard or Premium: which should you choose?

Both are built from the same true-to-plans 3D model. The difference is how far the image goes in materials, lighting and staging.

PRODUCTS

How product visualization is priced

Product renderings are quoted per project, because every product is different. The price depends on:

  • Model complexity: a simple shape costs less than a detailed piece with many parts and materials.
  • Your files: CAD files (STEP, IGES, OBJ or similar) are fastest. Without CAD, we model from detailed photos and dimensions.
  • Number of views: white-background e-commerce images, lifestyle scenes, or both.
  • Variations: once a product is modeled, extra colors and finishes cost far less than modeling again.
  • Extras: 360° product spins, animations and exploded views.

You see a white-clay preview first, so shape and camera angles are approved before materials and lighting. That saves revisions and cost later.

TIMELINE

Timeline and how to get an exact price

Most interior and exterior projects are delivered in 5–8 business days. Product projects start within 1–3 business days of receiving your materials, and the first full-color render follows within 3–5 business days of clay approval.

  1. Request a quote with your plans, model and the views you need.

Yes. Listed prices assume you provide a model from Revit, SketchUp or similar software. If you only have 2D CAD or PDF plans, we build the model for you and add it to your quote.

Listed prices cover residential projects up to 1,800 sq ft. Larger homes and commercial projects take more modeling, so we quote them individually.

Standard includes 1 round of revisions and Premium includes 2. Any extra revisions are quoted before we start them.

Each product is quoted individually, based on model complexity, the number of views, and add-ons like color variations or 360° spins.
